A König fixture is designed around your part's geometry, your material, and the operation you're holding it for — so the tolerance is controlled before the machine ever gets a say. Nine Wilhelm König MTM clamping-system families cover 5–800mm diameters to precision as fine as 3µm, all engineered to your workpiece drawing.

Application Examples
Driveline pinion, Tier 1 automotive
Six months of chasing 12 microns of run-out on a hardened pinion, blamed on the grinder. A custom S1 hydraulic arbor between centers put the plant inside 3µm and stopped the scrap.
Thin-wall ring gears, aerospace
Thin-wall rings distort under a standard chuck. Controlled elastic expansion clamps concentrically without deforming the part.
High-mix instrument shafts, medical
Palletized zero-point bases let an unattended shift swap parts between operations without re-qualifying the setup each time.
