Established in 1991, Toolink Engineering, Inc. was founded to serve as the exclusive North American distributor and repair center for Wilhelm König of Germany. Three decades later, that same accountability now covers gear hobbing, gear shaping, cylindrical grinding, deburring and machine-tending automation — backed by our own engineers in Colorado and Ohio.
Built Around One Idea: Measure the Setup, Not Just the Part
Toolink has worked from the same premise since 1991 — a distributor should be able to explain why a tolerance is being missed, not just sell a part number. That approach is why both large-scale manufacturers and small job shops across North America rely on us for workholding, gear hobbing, gear shaping, ID/OD grinding, deburring and automation.
Today Toolink operates from two US locations: a headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, and a repair center and showroom in Albany, Ohio, so that support stays close to the plants we serve.

Exclusive North American Partner to Wilhelm König MTM
Wilhelm König MTM is a third-generation family business in Wertheim, Germany, founded in 1946, and renowned for high-precision hydraulic and mechanical arbors and chucks for the gear industry since the 1960s. Toolink is its exclusive North American distributor and repair center, bringing nine Wilhelm König MTM clamping-system families — 5–800mm diameters, precision to 3µm — to customers without the lead time or language barrier of ordering direct from Germany.
