Installation & Training

Everything we sell is backed by installation, training, and support from Toolink’s engineering teams in Colorado and Ohio, with additional direct service, technical support, and engineering expertise from our manufacturing partners.

Colorado Engineering Support

Our headquarters’ engineering team supports customers from the initial application review and selection of the appropriate Machine Tool or Workholding solution through installation, setup, training, and ongoing service.

Ohio Repair Center & Showroom

Our Ohio location serves as the North American Sales and Service center for König precision workholding. Our team supports customers with application review, product selection, training, repairs and ongoing service to help ensure reliable performance and long-term value from their König workholding systems.

What's included

Support That Comes With the Equipment

Installation and training aren't an upsell — they're part of how we hand off a machine.

Setup & installation

Our engineers help get the machine leveled, powered, and running to spec before we call the job done.

Hands-on operator training

Training happens at your machine, on your parts — setup, changeover, and day-to-day operation.

Support after the sale

Questions after installation go to the same engineers who set the machine up, not a call center.

How it works

From Delivery to Running Production

The same process whether it's a König fixture or a full CNC line — scaled to what the equipment actually needs.

1

Coordinate delivery

We plan site access, power and placement with you before the machine ships.

2

Install & commission

Our engineers level, power and run the machine to spec on-site.

3

Train your operators

Hands-on, at the machine, on your parts — setup, changeover, day-to-day running.

4

Stay supported

Questions after go-live go straight to the engineers who did the install.

Common questions

Before You Call

Is installation included with a new purchase?
Yes – Installation support is part of how we hand off a new purchase, not a separate line item you have to ask for.
Can you train more than one operator?
Training happens at your machine, so we work with whoever's running it — tell us your shift structure when we schedule.
What if something needs adjusting after we're running?
If something needs adjusting after you’re up and running, our engineering and service team is here to help. We can assist with troubleshooting, fine-tuning, process adjustments, and ongoing support to keep your machine or workholding system performing as intended.
Do you support equipment you didn't sell us?
Ask us directly — it depends on the line. We can tell you honestly whether it's something we can service.
