The Type-2 Boxy Autoloader is an excellent automation solution. It offers you unlimited possibilities for Robotic Loading/Unloading of up to 6 machines. To support multiple machines, the Boxy Autoloader Type-2 utilizes a 7kg Robot on a 7 Axis Rail system to move seamlessly between machine tools. Material blanks or parts are stored on the main carrier frame enabling you to store large quantities in a small area.
The Softboxy software system, which comes with the Boxy Autoloader Type 2 system, is designed to make loading and unloading operations simple and efficient. The Plug and Play infrastructure enable easy programming and ongoing management.
The system can be installed and integrated quickly, allowing your business to get up and running effectively and efficiently and on a clear path to Return on Investment.
Heavier robot payloads are available for this system as optional equipment. This modular design makes it easy to integrate one machine or multiple machines.
