It employs high-speed mechanisms to improve productivity and is designed for optimum usability with interactive programming and works with a variety of automation systems.

New High-strength Hob Head

  • Water cooling spindle motor
  • Heavy cutting is achieved by applying Water Cooling Spindle Motor(14kW) to the hob head.
  • By applying Linear Roller Bearing to Y-axis and arbor supporter, it performs tangential cutting and guarantees high precision for heavy cutting.
  • Precision in gear processing improved by using backlash removal gears in the gearbox.
  • By applying a simultaneous dual-contact hob arbor, high rigidity of the hob spindle is achieved while heavy cutting.

High-Strength Servo Type Tailstock

  • Feed rate and clamp pressure (Max 2ton) improved by applying servo type to the tailstock.
    By using a strong casting frame and a high-strength roller-type LM guide, high-precision cutting is achieved.

High-Precision Table

  • By using high-precision spindle bearing, high precision in gear processing is guaranteed.
    Excellent control on backlash is achieved and the maximum diameter of the gear is applied to the main shaft to improve positioning accuracy.

Wet Cutting / Dry Cutting Available

  • Air nozzle installed for dry cutting
    The slope type bed and the separation type cover (processing & non-processing area) are installed for better chip disposal while dry-cutting.
